the comments are moderated- which means one administrator (there are 3 of us) has to OK them. Having to do with somehow sensitive stuff and people (I manage an acute cases psychiatric unit, besides working privately as a psychotherapist- also it is a public institution, with the problems thereby) I thought better to retain a measure of control on the comments. Which comments are anyway what I work for, I'd say, in this blog. I never censored anything, by the way.
